Userlike is a German live-chat and customer-messaging platform launched in 2011 and headquartered in Cologne, also operating under the Lime Connect brand. A unified Message Center collects website chat, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Telegram conversations, with widget customisation, live typing previews, automatic translation, audio/video calls and screen sharing. Connect AI provides autonomous AI agents and a copilot that summarises chats and suggests answers. The product is hosted on German servers under GDPR; a free tier covers one widget and operator, with paid plans starting around €90 per month for the Team plan.
