LiveAgent Chat is the live-chat module of LiveAgent, a help-desk suite developed since 2004 by Quality Unit and headquartered in Bratislava, Slovakia. The chat widget supports proactive invitations, visitor monitoring, real-time typing previews, intelligent routing, canned responses and file sharing, all sharing a unified inbox with email, social and a built-in call centre with SIP trunking. It plugs into 200+ business tools and includes automation rules, knowledge base and reporting. Pricing follows the broader LiveAgent plans, from a free tier and Small (USD 15/agent/month) through Medium (USD 29) and Large (USD 49) on annual billing, with cloud and self-hosted GDPR-compliant deployment.
