Smartsupp

Smartsupp is a Czech live-chat and chatbot platform founded in 2013 and headquartered in Brno, used by more than 100,000 active web shops and websites across Europe. It combines live chat with visitor monitoring, automated routing, canned responses and file sharing, plus video recordings of visitor sessions. AI features include a Reply Assistant copilot that drafts and translates agent replies, and Mira, an autonomous AI agent that can resolve up to 80% of inquiries unattended. A free plan covers one agent and 100 conversations a month; the Standard plan is around USD 19.50/month for three agents with chatbot conversations included.
