TOPdesk is a Dutch service-management vendor founded in 1993 in Delft by two TU Delft graduates, with offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, the UK, Hungary, Denmark, Norway and the USA, serving customers in more than 50 countries. The platform handles IT service management, facilities and HR shared-services with incident, change and asset management, a self-service portal, knowledge base, change planner, automated notifications and 90+ integrations plus an open API. All plans include unlimited assets, end users and tickets. Pricing is per-agent across three packages (Essential, Engaged, Excellent), starting around USD 50 per agent per month.
