Telavox

Telavox is a Swedish UCaaS provider founded in 2003 and headquartered in Malmö, with more than 350 employees. The cloud-native platform combines a hosted PBX with telephony, chat, video meetings and contact-centre features in a single mobile and desktop app, letting teams manage extensions, opening hours, call flows and availability without on-premise hardware. Calls work across desk phones, mobiles and computers with synced presence, and the contact centre adds queues, recording and analytics. Plans are per-user per-month, roughly £10–£15 for the Basic tier and £20–£30 for Professional with contact-centre features.
