Sipgate is a German VoIP and mobile telephony operator founded in 2004 and based in Düsseldorf, where its roughly 130 staff work from a single self-financed office. The cloud PBX covers telephony, fax, SMS, voicemail, web conferencing and contact management, with parallel calls across VoIP, landline and mobile, call recording, queues, conference calling and CRM integrations. Apps run on desktop and mobile and the platform includes more than 150 business features. Service is delivered from ISO 27001-certified German data centres under GDPR; UK business plans start around £12.95 per user per month.
