Voltalis

Voltalis is a Paris-based demand-response specialist founded in 2006, headquartered at Tour Vista, 52-54 quai de Dion Bouton in Puteaux. The company installs a free connected box and thermostat that lets households control electric heating, hot-water tanks and radiators from a mobile app while temporarily curtailing consumption on signal from the grid operator. In 2024 customers cut heating energy use by an average of 15%; aggregated capacity is around 1 GW operating with 1 GW under construction. Voltalis has more than 500 staff and runs in eight European countries including France, Belgium, Spain, Finland, Portugal, Slovenia and Sweden.
