The cloud platform tracks parcel deliveries across 350–550 carriers in 175+ countries, sends branded shipping notifications and proactive delay alerts, manages returns and surfaces post-purchase data back into marketing, support and operations. parcelLab is used by 800+ brands including IKEA, Lidl, H&M and Yeti; pricing is enterprise/quote-based.
