eKomi is a transaction-based customer reviews and ratings platform founded in 2008 and headquartered in Berlin at Markgrafenstraße 11, with additional offices in Los Angeles, London, Paris, Madrid and San Francisco. Its product collects feedback through automated post-purchase surveys, displays reviews on an independently certified Trust Page with the eKomi Seal of Approval, and feeds approved reviews to Google, Bing, Yahoo and Facebook. All reviews go through both algorithmic and manual checks before publication. Pricing is quote-based, with packages tailored separately for SMBs and enterprises.
