ALLPLAN is a BIM and CAD software vendor headquartered in Munich, Germany, and a brand of the Nemetschek Group. The company traces back to the engineering office Georg Nemetschek founded in 1963; the first version of Allplan launched in 1984. Today Allplan supports architecture, structural and civil engineering and precast-concrete workflows from early design through construction-ready delivery, with AI-assisted modelling, integrated BIM data, IFC-based open BIM and cloud collaboration. More than 240,000 architects, engineers, contractors and FM professionals use the software in 20 languages, supported by over 700 staff worldwide.
