Just Eat Takeaway

Just Eat Takeaway.com is an online food-ordering marketplace headquartered at Piet Heinkade 61 in Amsterdam, formed in January 2020 from the merger of Takeaway.com and Just Eat. The platform connects consumers and restaurants across roughly 24 countries in Europe and North America, operating mainly as an order-only marketplace and providing last-mile logistics where local restaurants do not deliver themselves. In October 2025 the company was taken private in a €4.1 billion acquisition by Amsterdam-based investment group Prosus N.V., ending its run as a listed company.
