Glovo

Glovo is a Barcelona-based on-demand delivery platform founded in 2015, headquartered at the Yellow Park campus in the 22@ Poble Nou district. The app delivers food, groceries, pharmacy items and high-street retail from local partners — including supermarkets such as Dia, Carrefour, Alcampo and Eroski plus its own SuperGlovo dark stores — and a signature "Anything" button lets users send couriers for any item that fits in a backpack. Customers track riders in real time via geolocation. Since July 2022 Glovo has been majority-owned (~94%) by Berlin-listed Delivery Hero SE.
