About Joplin

Joplin is a free, open-source note-taking and to-do application created by Laurent Cozic and licensed under the MIT licence. It runs on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS, supports markdown notes, web clipping, end-to-end encryption and synchronisation with Dropbox, OneDrive, Nextcloud and WebDAV. Joplin Cloud, the optional paid sync service, hosts data on servers in Paris and is therefore covered by EU privacy law. Cloud plans start at €2.99/month (€2.40/month billed yearly) for the Basic tier with 2 GB storage; the core app remains free.
