Capture One

Capture One is professional photo editing and tethered-capture software headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark. It started in 1994 as a RAW converter for Phase One cameras and was spun off into a standalone company in 2019 after Axcel's investment, bringing over 30 years of color science with it. The product supports nearly 600 cameras and over 700 lenses, with fast tethered shooting, precision colour and tonal tools, layer-based local adjustments, styles, sessions/catalogs and team collaboration features. It is sold as a perpetual licence or subscription and is widely used by commercial, fashion and studio photographers.
