Adyen is a Dutch payment processor founded in 2006 and headquartered in Amsterdam. It provides a single platform for accepting electronic payments online, in mobile apps and at the point of sale, with built-in risk management, local acquiring in major markets, card issuing and embedded financial products such as business banking and financing. Adyen targets large international retailers, marketplaces and platforms (customers include Uber, Spotify and eBay). The company is publicly listed on Euronext Amsterdam (ticker ADYEN) and reported EUR 1.99 billion in revenue in 2024.
