1. Who we are
eubuilt.eu is operated by the legal entity listed on our imprint page. The directory and the curation behind it are independent and not paid-for. References below to "we", "us", and "eubuilt.eu" refer to the operating entity.
2. Access to the directory
Public pages are free to read. You may link to and reference any listing page. Republishing significant portions of the directory content (e.g. scraped listing copy) requires written permission.
3. Product submissions
Anyone can submit a product via the submission form. By submitting, you confirm that:
- The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You have the right to share publicly available product information with us.
- You're not attempting to manipulate our editorial process (e.g. paid placement requests, fake submissions).
Submissions are reviewed manually. We may approve, reject, or request more information. Approval is not guaranteed and is at our editorial discretion.
4. Editorial discretion
We curate the directory ourselves and make all listing decisions. The three criteria — EU HQ, EU jurisdiction, GDPR compliance — are non-negotiable. Beyond those, we may decline a listing for any editorial reason (e.g. quality, fit, conflict with another listing).
We may deprecate or remove a listing if a product fails re-verification, changes ownership in a way that affects EU jurisdiction, or otherwise stops meeting our criteria. The reason is published on the listing page.
5. No warranty
The directory is provided "as is". We make commercially reasonable efforts to verify each listing but do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or current state of any product information. Make your own due-diligence assessment before procuring software.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the directory. Direct liability is limited to a maximum of €500 per claimant per calendar year.
7. Intellectual property
The directory's editorial content, design, and code are © 2026 eubuilt.eu. Product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification.
8. Termination
We may suspend or revoke access (including admin/editor accounts and API access) for breach of these terms, abusive behaviour, or legal compulsion. We'll give reasonable notice where practical.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operating entity is registered (see imprint). Disputes are resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are posted here with the "Last updated" date refreshed. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
