WorkMotion is a Berlin-based Employer of Record platform founded in 2020, with a particular focus on customers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland hiring abroad. It runs a hybrid EOR model: its own entities cover most of Europe, with partner entities elsewhere worldwide; labour leasing licences are held in 94% of its EU jurisdictions. WorkDirect helps companies set up as direct employers in 10 European countries. EOR pricing starts at $549 per employee per month; contractor management is $29/month.
