Scaleway Object Storage is the S3-compatible object-storage service of Scaleway, the French cloud headquartered in Paris and part of Iliad Group. It offers read-after-write consistency, throughput up to 100 Gbit/s per bucket per region, automated lifecycle to lower-cost classes including Glacier cold storage, and free transfer to Glacier. Pricing is from €0.01/GB/month for Standard, €0.012/GB/month for One Zone IA and €0.002/GB/month for Glacier, with no charges for GET/PUT/LIST API requests; intra-region transfers are free, public egress is €0.01/GB. Hosted in EU data centres with sovereignty against extraterritorial laws.
