Scaleway

Scaleway is a French cloud computing provider headquartered in Paris and majority-owned by Xavier Niel's Iliad group. It offers IaaS built on dedicated hardware, including ARM and x86 instances, bare-metal servers, managed Kubernetes and storage, with all data centers located in the Ile-de-France region. Cloud instances start at around EUR 0.02/hour and the company publishes real-time PUE figures for its sites. It is positioned as a sovereign European alternative to US hyperscalers and serves developers, startups and enterprises.
