About Open Telekom Cloud

Open Telekom Cloud (now also branded T Cloud Public) is an OpenStack-based public IaaS operated by T-Systems, a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom, from data centres in Biere and Magdeburg, Germany. It delivers compute, block and object storage, networking, managed databases, container services, and AI/ML and PaaS building blocks, all under GDPR with the Trusted Cloud Data Protection Profile (TCDP) and TISAX certifications and independence from non-European laws. The platform is OpenStack Foundation compatibility-listed for portability. Two billing models are offered: pay-as-you-go "Elastic Open" and discounted 12- or 24-month "Reserved" capacity.
