Olvid

Olvid is a French end-to-end encrypted instant messenger developed in Paris by Olvid SAS. Messaging, voice notes, images, video and file transfer are protected by E2E encryption and end-to-end authentication using AES-256-CTR and asymmetric cryptography; the service stores no phone numbers, addresses or other directory data. Olvid is the only messenger holding France's ANSSI CSPN certification and is mandated for use by French government ministers in place of WhatsApp/Signal. The personal app is free; a Business plan is EUR 3.99/user/month (10-user minimum) and adds secure audio calls and admin features.
