Meilisearch

Meilisearch is an open-source search engine built in Rust by Meili, a French company headquartered in central Paris. It provides typo-tolerant full-text search with optional semantic and hybrid search, instant relevance tuning, faceting, filtering and language-aware ranking, exposed via simple REST APIs and SDKs. Developers can self-host the engine for free or use Meilisearch Cloud, which has a free tier and paid plans plus a 14-day trial. The company has raised a $15M Series A led by Felicis with participation from CRV, Seedcamp and Vercel's Guillermo Rauch.
