Formbricks

Formbricks is an open-source, privacy-first experience-management and survey platform run as a German company with cloud hosting in Germany and full GDPR/CCPA compliance. The core application is licensed under AGPLv3 and can be self-hosted via Docker for full data sovereignty. It supports in-app, website, link and email surveys, can trigger surveys on any user action, and supports custom segments based on attributes and past actions. The cloud has a generous free plan; a $30 premium tier adds custom domains, branding removal, large file uploads in surveys and payment collection.
