Eve Systems

Eve Systems is a Munich-based smart-home hardware maker headquartered at Rotkreuzplatz 1. The product family — Eve Energy plugs, Eve Door & Window contacts, Eve Thermo radiator valves, Eve Light Strip and Eve Weather — was originally HomeKit-only and is now Matter and Thread enabled, communicating directly with iOS, Android or third-party hubs. Eve devices use no cloud account, no registration and no tracking, with all intelligence and data running locally on the device. Pricing is one-off per device with no subscription. In June 2023 Eve was acquired by Swiss-Swedish industrial group ABB but operates from Munich.
