Cozy Cloud is a French open-source personal cloud headquartered in Paris, hosted in three French data centres on OVHcloud infrastructure under GDPR. It centralises files, photos, contacts, bills and banking data in one private space rather than scattering them across services. Native apps include Cozy Drive (files), Cozy Photos (with auto mobile backup), Cozy Pass (passwords), Cozy Notes and Cozy Banks for personal finance aggregation. The free plan offers 5 GB; paid tiers are €2.99/month for 50 GB and €9.90/month for 1 TB.
