Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) is a Paris-headquartered marketing and messaging platform whose transactional email product offers an SMTP relay and RESTful API with outbound webhooks and unlimited log retention. It runs on EU data centres and is positioned as GDPR-compliant for European businesses. The free plan covers 300 transactional emails per day; paid plans start at $9/month for 5,000 emails, with higher tiers adding multi-user access, landing pages and priority support. Pay-as-you-go prepaid email credits that do not expire are also available.
