Billwerk+ (rebranded as Frisbii in 2024) is a European recurring-billing platform headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, formed by combining Germany's Billwerk, France's Sofacto and Denmark's Reepay. The platform automates subscription management (upgrades, downgrades, pauses, cancellations), supports tiered, usage-based and one-time pricing, includes a customer self-service portal, and exports invoices and accounting data in DATEV and ZUGFeRD formats for German/French tax compliance. It supports 140+ currencies and is sold to mid-market and enterprise SaaS and subscription businesses on quote-based plans.
