360Learning is a collaborative learning platform founded in 2013 in Paris and headquartered there, with a global team across Europe and North America. The platform combines LMS features (structured courses, compliance tracking, certifications) with LXP capabilities (social learning, peer recommendations, user-generated content), centred on the idea that internal subject-matter experts co-author and iterate on training. Co-authoring workflows, in-course commenting, threaded Q&A, learner relevance scoring and AI-assisted authoring drive content quality. Integrations cover SAP, Workday, Slack, Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn Learning and Udemy. Customers include Toyota, Mitsubishi Electric and the British Red Cross.
